Like all Reef Factory products, the Base Pump works with the Smart Reef 360 system. With it, you can control what's happening in your aquarium from your computer or mobile device, from anywhere in the world, with just Wi-Fi. The app is available on Android and iOS.
The Base Pump quickly and easily connects to Wi-Fi. After connecting, you can remotely turn it on and off, including the feeding mode. You don't have to move from your comfortable chair. The pump has dry-run protection. If the water level is too low, it will not only automatically shut off but also send you a notification about the situation.
You can also control the pump's operation without Wi-Fi. The clear display attached to the pump shows the current flow and power. It has a DIN rail that allows for quick installation in a cabinet or on a wall. It's worth noting that you can turn off the display at any time to save energy.
The quiet operation of the pump is achieved by using high-quality materials. All parts are precisely fitted and do not generate unnecessary vibrations. Additionally, rubber feet prevent the transmission of vibrations to the sump structure.
The small size of 19x13x16 cm will easily fit the pump in the sump chamber or filtration panel. It was designed to work in a saltwater aquarium but is also resistant to freshwater. You can use it in a freshwater tank or even build a fountain with it.
