Like all Reef Factory signed products, the Base Pump works with the Smart Reef 360 system. It allows you to take control of your aquarium from anywhere in the world from your computer or mobile device, provided there is Wi-Fi. The app is available on Android and iOS.
The Base Pump connects quickly and easily to Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can start and stop it remotely, even in feed mode. You don't even have to get up from your comfortable armchair. The pump has a dry run protection. If the water level is too low, it not only switches off automatically, but also informs you of the situation.
But you can also control the unit's work without Wi-Fi - a clear display on the pump shows the current flow and performance. It is equipped with a DIN rail, which allows for quick mounting in a cabinet or on the wall. It is also worth mentioning that you can switch off the display at any time and thus save energy.
Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, quiet operation of the pump has been achieved. All elements are precisely mounted and do not generate unnecessary vibrations. In addition, rubber feet prevent the transmission of vibrations to the construction of the technical basin.
The small dimensions of 16x10x13 cm allow you to easily place the pump in a chamber, in the technique pool or in the filter shaft. It was developed for use in marine aquariums, but is also resistant to freshwater. You can use it in a freshwater tank or to build a fountain.
